Unshakeable, Resilient Women Series 1

Oct 2022 – Helping women to confidently take charge of their health and changing bodies through their 40’s, 50s and beyond. And if you are in perimenopause or menopause this series is for you.

Here’s a simple truth for us women – If you want to continue to live a long, healthy life, what worked in your 20s, 30s, and early 40s you will need to do some tweaking!

24 interview with amazing women who are unshakeable and resilient in their pursuit to help women take charge of their health and wellbeing and live a life with vitality and zest!

Here’s a little of what you will learn.

  • How to take the confusion out of thriving during perimenopause, menopause.
  • Secrets to ageing well.
  • Avoiding insulin resistance, dementia and Alzheimer’s.
  • How your brain is affected by hormones.
  • Strengthening your pelvic floor
  • How journaling will support you.
  • Nutrition, minerals, gut health & fibre, fats and diversity of foods.
  • As well as sleep, stress and the importance of exercise.
  • The beauty of being loved and enjoying sex.

Putting a series together requires quite a bit of thinking, planning and doing! I’ve decided on the topic and currently putting plans into place where I’ll be talking to women about how to age well.

How we live today is not conducive to ageing well unless we actively participate. And I’ll be honest it’s not a picnic in the park every day. But by changing our habits that don’t serve us well to those that do, and take little or no thought, you can live a fitter, healthier, happier life.

And this series will give you lots of information and steps to get you there.
