Personal Trainer, Wellbeing Coach, Woman & A Mum!

I like who I am, it has taken me many years to get here. I am not perfect but I am happy and content. It has been a journey from being a young girl who felt she needed to be good always! I had a beautiful, loving mum who I always said if I was half the woman she is I will have succeeded in life. I know she would be happy and proud of who I am today.

Now in my late 50’s and with a life of experiences I have a lot of stories. Three marriages, a mum to twins (one who was diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum), becoming a widow and finding new love. And also a range of careers from Banking, Sales, to Corporate Marketing in Blue Chip Companies but none as satisfying or rewarding as helping people to become fitter, healthier & happier along with my husband Jean-Claude with our PT Studio in Mont Albert, Australia.

Because of him and taking my beautiful, now teen, twins into his life he opened up a whole new world for me. And I am able to give back and do something that lifts me up everyday – helping women! As we move into our 40’s, 50’s, we experience many changes in our bodies, our mindsets, lifestyles (home and work), our health and our wellbeing. So it is my aim to help women lay a strong foundation for ageing well into their 40’s, 50’s and beyond by empowering women to be their own personal best.
