Linda Terlikar-Legras is an awarded Personal Trainer, Health & Wellness Coach & Speaker, who has dedicated her life to empowering others to lead healthier and happier lives.

With a background in Corporate Marketing, Linda felt unfulfilled and sought a way to give back to her community. Discovering her passion for triathlons later in life, she developed a lifelong commitment to fitness and wellbeing. Together with her husband, Linda opened her own studio and expanded her services to help busy women lay a strong foundation for healthy aging.
